Walking Together, Sharing the Fruits: A Recap of TOPINCHEM’s Team-Building Event and Annual Development

On a warm and pleasant winter day, all employees of  TOPINCHEM®, together with their families, gathered at Hefei Dawei for a unique team-building event, enjoying a heartwarming and joyful time filled with laughter and happiness.

Under the theme “Enjoy Work, Enjoy Life,” the event was designed to express gratitude for employees’ hard work over the past year while strengthening emotional bonds among team members and their families. Everyone fully immersed themselves in the fun and variety of the large amusement park—from exciting rainbow slides and charming merry-go-rounds to energetic trampoline jumping, delicious farmhouse cuisine, and the joyful teamwork of strawberry picking. Employees and their families shared these moments, encouraged one another, and filled the day with smiles. This event was not only a relaxing getaway, but also a vivid embodiment of the company’s people-oriented philosophy, allowing every employee to truly feel the warmth and care of the  TOPINCHEM® family.
